Administration

The daily operation of school is done under the leadership of a team consisting of manager, principal, and headmistress. The office hours are from 9 am to 4 pm, however, the parents have access to the administration any time of the day in case of emergency.

Admission Criteria

Admission is open to all children from Grades I to IX, irrespective of caste, creed, race, region or gender. For all admission related queries, kindly contact the school office.

The admission form is available at the school office and can be collected from Monday to Saturday between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm. The registration forms should be collected in person, duly filled and submitted along with the following documents.

• Attested copy of Birth Certificate.
• Copy of the last progress report card from the previous school.
• Originals of the above to be produced at the time of verification.

Assessments & Promotion

• For promotion, the overall grade of formative assessments and summative assessments of two terms will be taken into consideration for classes I- IX.
• The grading scale is introduced for the school assessment. The students must obtain at least an average of D grade in each subject including formative and summative assessment
• Appropriate weight is given to scholastic and co-scholastic areas. For classes, I to V, 40% for formative and 60% for summative assessment and for classes VI and IX, 60% for summative and 40% for formative assessment will be considered for promotion.
• A minimum of 80% attendance is required for the promotion to the next class
• The results will be declared at the end of the academic year after the decision of promotion committee. Results once declared are final.
• The principal is the head of the promotion committee.
